Delete your Handled account
You can delete your Handled app account at any time, from the app or by email.
Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open the Handled app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete account to confirm.
Your login is deleted right away and you are signed out.
Can't use the app? Ask us
Email support@handledagents.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Handled account". We may ask you to confirm you own the account, and we complete verified requests within 7 days.
What gets deleted, and when
- Immediately: your login (email address, password and user ID) and your access to your business's workspace.
- Within 30 days: if you were the last person with access to your business's workspace, that workspace's data, including lead records, chat history and agent settings, is deleted and its agent is switched off. Copies in backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.
- Kept for a limited time: billing and tax records (7 years) and text and call consent and opt-out records (5 years), which we keep to meet legal obligations, plus any data your business still uses under its subscription if other people on your team still have access.
Your subscription
Deleting your app login does not by itself cancel a paid subscription if other team members still use it. To cancel, email support@handledagents.com with the subject "Cancel"; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you were the last person on the workspace, deleting your account also ends any trial and cancels the subscription at the end of the current billing period.
Delete some data without deleting your account
Email support@handledagents.com to ask us to delete specific lead records, chat history or other data while keeping your account.

To delete a conversation with Max or the details you shared, email support@handledagents.com with the email address or phone number you gave Max.
