What exactly is an AI agent?

How does the free trial work?
Chat with Max, and if Handled is a fit we book a short kickoff call, build your agent and switch it on. It then works your real leads for 7 days, with Growth plan features. On day 7 you get a results report against the goal you picked. If you want to keep it, choose a plan; if not, your agent simply pauses.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. There’s no card to enter and nothing is charged when the trial ends. You only pay if you choose a plan.
What happens if I hit my plan’s limits?
We tell you at 80%. At 100%, your agent keeps answering new inquiries for the rest of the month but pauses new outbound follow-ups, and we ask whether you want to add a block (250 conversations for $40, or 250 call minutes for $60) or move up a plan. We never charge for extra usage without your OK.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee for standard builds, and no long-term contract. Plans are month to month, or pay yearly and get 2 months free. Your first paid month is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you need a custom integration outside your plan, we quote it first and only bill with your written OK.
How do I cancel?
Email support@handledagents.com with the subject “Cancel” or reply to any billing email. No fees, no hoops. Your plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for.
